18 & Older Giveaway Hop

It's giveaway time again. This is the 18 & Older Giveaway Hop and considering my usual reading selections, I feel right at home. The hop features 57 different blogs giving away books or gift cards.  You can check out all the participants by clicking this link.  But first, let's talk about what you can win here.

Not everyone likes the same things so I have two different prize packages to choose from: one featuring Historical Romances and one featuring Paranormal Romances.  The winner will get to select two of the three available titles in their prefered genre.  I'm using Rafflecopter for the first time here, so please feel free to share your thoughts on the tool in the comment section below.  The contest is open to all Red Hot Books followers in the US and Canada. You'll see some options for extra entries available, but they are purely optional.

The titles in the Historical Romance prize package are After Dark with a Scoundrel by Alexandra Hawkins; Secuding the Duchess by Ashley March; and How to Marry a Duke by Vicky Dreiling. The winner will get to pick two of the three books.

Young, tender, and highly impressionable, Lady Regan can’t help but be intrigued by her brother’s wayward friends—the wickedly charming Lords of Vice. One man in particular, the dashing Lord Hugh Mordare  (known simply as “Dare” among the ton), utterly captivates her—in spite of his reputation as a notorious womanizer. But when she steals an innocent kiss from Dare, Regan is swiftly packed off to boarding school, safely away from danger…and desire.

Five years later, Regan returns—a proper lady and ravishing beauty. Miss Swann’s Academy for Young Ladies has taught her how to behave in polite society. But all the training in the world cannot extinguish her love for Dare. Now, she hopes to beat the master of seduction at his own game—by daring Dare to love her in return. This time, both of their hearts are on the line…and winner takes all.

Gambling. Carousing. Flirting. Charlotte, Duchess of Rutherford, will do anything to escape her painful marriage and force her husband to divorce her. But when Phillip, Duke of Rutherford, promises a divorce if Charlotte will help him become a better husband for another woman, she wonders if she really wants to lose him...

Tristan, the Duke of Shelbourne is a man with a mission: find a wife he can tolerate as long as they both shall live. Love is not necessary--nor desired. But how to choose among a dizzying array of wealthy-yet-witless candidates? Hire London's infamously prim and proper matchmaker. Then pretend she's not the most captivating woman he's ever met...

Helping a devilish Duke create a contest to pick his perfect mate is the kind of challenge Tessa Mansfield relishes. Her methods may be scandalous, but she's determined to find the notorious bachelor more than a wife-- she'll bring him true love. Yet when Tessa watches the women vie for the Duke's affections, she longs to win his heart herself. And after a stolen kiss confirms Tristan's desire, Tessa knows she has broken a matchmaker's number one rule: never fall in love with the groom.
The titles in the Paranormal Romance prize pack are: The Darkest Heart by Thea Devine; Feast by Merrie Destefano; and A Fiend in Need by Maureen Child. Again, the winner will get to pick two of these books if this is their genre of choice.

Ever since a terrible fire killed her older son, one ambition has ruled Countess Lazlaric. Desperate to continue the family legacy, she is determined that her rakehell second son wed and produce an heir. Now, she’s found the perfect bride. A distant relative, writing to beg for help, is ideal for her secret plans. Alone in the world, beautiful raven-haired Senna Landseth finds more than just Drom Manor’s isolation sending a shiver down her spine. Countess Lazlaric seems overly eager to welcome her, strange noises fill the cavernous corridors of the gloomy manor, and she senses she is being spied upon. Then a note mysteriously appears, inscribed with chilling words: “I’m watching you. Nicolai.”In the years since the fire that supposedly destroyed him, Nicolai Lazlaric has inhabited the world of a vampire, consumed with seeking revenge on the creature who turned him. Now, it is time to return to Drom Manor. But Nicolai has no idea how badly the Countess wants an heir—or that his hated brother’s prospective bride is residing there. Senna’s unexpected presence upends Nicolai’s plans, for he can think only of possessing the beautiful innocent, of taking her in a blood-binding seduction from which she will never escape. . . .
Madeline MacFadden spent blissful childhood summers in Ticonderoga Falls. And this is where she wants to be now that her adult life is falling apart. The dense surrounding forest holds many memories, some joyous, some tantalizingly only half-remembered. And she's always believed there was something living in these wooded hills.

But Maddie doesn't remember the dark parts -- and knows nothing of the mountain legend that holds the area's terrified residents captive. She has no recollection of Ash, the strange and magnificent creature who once saved her life as a child, even though it is the destiny of his kind to prey upon humanity. And soon it will be the Harvest. . . the time to feast.

Once again Maddie's dreams -- and her soul -- are in grave danger. But magic runs deep during Harvest. Even a spinner of enchanted tales has wondrous powers of her own.
It's only been a month since single mom Cassie Burke unexpectedly became the hottest demon killer in town-and already there's a price on her head and a website calling for her murder.

Then a sizzling hunk of a faery shows up on her porch in need of protection. Cassie's happy to help because, after all, he is an expert love slave. Plus, he gets along great with her teenage daughter-a heroic feat in itself.

After a few not-quite-chaste nights, Cassie knows why Queen Vanessa wants him back so badly-and why she's planning an all-out attack on her. Suddenly Cassie's wondering if she can fend off an entire city of demons-and if a little faery tail is even worth it...

OK.  Now all you need to do is pick a genre.  Fill out the Rafflecopter form to enter. And if you win, you'll get to pick two books.  Good luck and thanks for visiting Red Hot Books!

What a great giveaway. GFC Follower. Rafflecopter works fine. For those of us who are not Twitterers, It limits the number of points earned, but overall not a problem.

Thanks for the chance to win. I'll take paranormal over historical this time. LOL
